Mahalaxmi

Mahalaxmi is a bustling part of central Mumbai, situated just 2 km north of Mumbai Central Railway Station and 9 km to the south of Bandra.

Mahalakshmi Temple is a famous 18th century shrine situated at Mahalaxmi. Haji Ali Mosque, Malabar Hill, Hanging Gardens and Marine Drive are some spots worth visiting in the vicinity. The race course at Mahalakshmi hosts numerous competitions every year.

Mahalakshmi Railway Station is on the Mumbai Central – Dadar suburban rail route of Western Railways. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is about 16 km to the north of Mahalakshmi. Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus is around 8 km south.
