Sarchpat

Sarchpat is located in the north-western part of the Kinnaur District in Himachal Pradesh. It is on the Mantalai-Chirgaon trekking route and is about 8 km north of Rupi and 16 km east of Phancha. Rekong Peo is around 55 km to the south-east. Nearby attractions include Rupi Bhabha Sanctuary, Kanam Monastery, Lippa Monastery and Mahabodhi Kinnaur Buddhist Temple. Kinnaur Kailash Range, one of the most spectacular ranges in the Himalayas, is situated to the south-east of Sarchpat. Sarchpat is around 150 km from Dehradun Railway Station. Shimla Airport and Kullu Manali Airport are the nearest airports.
