Palmer is a scenic village located to the north of Kishtwar. Situated in Doda District of Jammu and Kashmir, this village is an excellent base for the trekkers and mountaineers on this route. A trekking route from Pushal to Metwan passes through this village.
Palmer is surrounded by Ikhala in the north, Chhatroo in the west, Pushal in the south and Sondar in the east. A tributary of the Chenab flows through Palmer.
