Pushal is in Doda District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is surrounded by Chhatroo in the west, Palmer in the north, Chichhe in the west and Kishtwar in the south. Pushal is important in that it is the confluence of the Chhatroo River and the Chenab. Pushal is also an ideal base camp for trekkers in this region.
