Chhatroo is a small settlement in
Doda District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is to the north-west of
Kishtwar and is surrounded by
Ikhala in the east,
Bhatgam in the north and
Singpor in the west.
Mughal Maidan, situated on the banks of the Chhatroo River, is a nearby tourist spot. The place, with its steep and barren hills is an ideal base for the adventure enthusiasts who are on their trail to the Great Himalayas.
By road, Chhatroo is accessible on the Kishtwar - Sinthon Top route.
