Lowairpowa is situated in the south-west tip of
Karimganj District. It is bounded by Patherkandi and Dullavcherra in the north and east respectively.
Tripura and
Mizoram are in the west and south and a part of Bangladesh is in its north-west corner.
The village covers approximately 328 sq km of total land. The National Highway 44, connecting Agartala to Guwahati via Shillong, passes through this village. It is easily accessible from the important places like Solgoi, Hatikhira, Churaibari, Kotamoni and Makunda .
