Tholpetty

Tholpetty is a rural village in Wayanad District of Kerala. The village is an ideal place for tourists seeking a close encounter with the wildlife. Tholpetty lies around 15 km north of Mananthavady.

Tholpetty (Beguri) Wildlife Sanctuary, a part of the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, is a major attraction. Valliyoorkkavu Bhagavathi Temple, Thirunelli Temple and Pakshipathalam are situated nearby.
