Sutiambe


Sutiambe is an archeological site located near Kanke in Ranchi District. Formerly, it was the capital of Nagwanshi Dynasty of Chota Nagpur.

There is a fort of Nagwanshi Dynasty on the Murhu hill. Another landmark is an ancient temple, where the sculptures of Brahmanical gods and goddesses can be seen.

Sutiambe is 18 km from Ranchi.
