Sirsod

Sirsod is a scenic village in Shivpuri District and is situated about 17 km west of the district headquarter town, Shivpuri. Located on the Shivpuri – Sheopur road, the village is noted for its calm and serene atmosphere.

Kuno Wildlife Sanctuary, Kaketa Reservoir, Harsi Reservoir, Madhav National Park, Shivpuri District Museum and Sakhya Sagar Boat Club are the tourist attractions in the region.

The nearest airport is Gwalior Airport. Shivpuri Railway Station serves Sirsod.
