Sagarpara is situated about 7 km north of Muradpur Diar, under the Jalangi block, in Murshidabad District of West Bengal. The town of Jalangi is 12 km to its south. Raninagar, Hurshi and Debipur are the nearby locations. Around 32 km south-west of Sagarpara is Domkal, a taluk headquarters town of the district.
