Rambha Bay is located at the southern end of
Chilika Lake. It derives its name from the adjoining
Rambha town. This blue-watered bay is home to numerous islands. Each of these islands has its own uniqueness.
Some of the notable islands include Becon Island, the pear shaped Breakfast Island, and the Honeymoon Island. These islands were favorite picnic spots for the former British rulers. Some of the islands still retain their colonial structures, which are known for their architectural excellence.
