Rain Basera is a magnificent wooden cottage on the Jhalawar-
Kota Road and is 6 km from
Jhalawar in
Rajasthan. Situated on the banks of Kishan Sagar Pond, it is an idyllic haunt for picnickers.
The cottage was originally constructed by the
Forest Research Institute of Dehradun. Maharaja Rajendra Singh brought it to Jhalawar from an exhibition held at Lucknow.
