Purga




Purga is in Uttarkashi District of Uttaranchal. It lies on the state highway between Gangnani and Harsil. The Bhagirathi, an important tributary of the Ganges, flows through this village. Some of the nearby places are Chholmi, Dharali, Bhangeli and Bhaironghat.
