Patharia is one of the prominent towns in
Damoh District of
Madhya Pradesh. It is located about 50 km to the west of
Damoh.
Nohta, the
Fort of Singaurgarh, Bandakpur and
Nidan Kund constitute interesting excursions outside the town.
Nearest airport is at Jabalpur. Patharia Railway Station is located on the Katni-Shahpur line of the Western Central Railways.
