Nigan

Nigan is a small town, located near Mangalkot, in Bardhaman District of West Bengal. It is situated around 31 km north of Barddhaman.

Sri Khanda (15 km to the north), Manteshwar (14 km to the east), Bhatar (12 km) and Bara Belun (11 km) to the south are some important places around the town.

Narahari Sarkar, the bhajan place of Bhardanga is a major attraction in the neighborhood.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport serves Nigan. The nearest railway station is at Katwa.
