Nallacheruvu is located in Anantapur District and lies on National Highway 205. Located in the southern region of the district, it is 120 km south-east of Anantapur and is 9 km south of Kadiri.

Sri Kadiri Lakshmi Narayana Temple is an important shrine in the region.
