Maikalganj

Situated along the National Highway 24, Maikalganj is a small town in Kheri District. It is about 14 km north of Maholi and 7 km south of Aurangabad.

Frog temple and Gola Gokarannath, a popular spot for Hindu pilgrims, constitute major attractions within the radius of 50 km. Dudhwa National Park and Kishanpur Sanctuary are the famous excursion destinations from here.

Maikalganj, lying at a distance of 115 km from Lucknow, is well connected by road and rail. Maikalganj Railway Station and Amausi Airport serve the town.
