Bordering
Jharkhand and
West Bengal, Lalbandh village is situated at
Bishnupur in
Bankura District. The main attraction in the village includes an old temple, called
Kalachand temple, built in the 15th century. There is also an artificial lake created during the reign of Vir Singh, one of the later Malla rulers of Bengal.
