Idukki District. Situated at a height of 1700 m above sea level, it is the place of scintillating natural bliss.
Kundala Dam, Kundala Lake and a golf course of Tata Tea Limited are the nearby excursions. Mattupetty in the neighborhood is famous for its highly specialized dairy farm, the Indo-Swiss live stock project.
The plantation lies around 20 km from Munnar, Kerala's plantation paradise. Kottayam Railway Station, about 114 km, is the nearest railhead.
