Kankhaya

Kankhaya is situated south of Churulia, in Bardhaman District of West Bengal. It is around 18 km north of Asansol and 7 km from Jamuria. Barabani, Raniganj, Pandaveswar and Panuria are other prominent places nearby.

Mithon Dam, Barakar Temples, Vishnu Temple, Chittaranjan and Kalyaneshwari Temple are some interesting sites around Kankhaya.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and Asansol Junction Railway Station are the convenient access points.
