Kampona Pond is an ancient tank with clear water, situated at Idili village in
Lower Dibang Valley District of
Arunachal Pradesh. It measures around 146 m by 90 m.
According to Adi tribes, the word 'Kampona' means 'good looking'. They believe that the pond is the abode of Nag Raja.
Kampona Pond is about 17 km from Roing, a small town located 46 km east of Tinsukia.
