Jispa, 20 km from
Keylong, is a beautiful village located at the junction of two nullahs with the main river Bhaga. There is a large river-bed, the one which is seldom seen in Lahaul.
On the edge of the
Bhaga River is a PWD rest house, close to which the river is shallow providing opportunities for trout fishing in summer. Another attraction is the plantation of juniper, a sort of desert shrub with small white flowers.
Ghemur, 4 km away, is nearby.
