Hobday Island is located close to the north-eastern part of
Malay Island in
Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The isle contains a rocky ledge extending 0.5 km south from its south-eastern side. Another draw is a ridge, having a depth of 8 m, located at the southern part of the island.
Pluto Island, situated on the west of Hobday, and Boat Island are nearby attractions.
Hobday Island is accessible from Port Blair by ferries.
