Ghantakarna Tara Temple

Ghantakarna Tara Temple lies to the west of Kamakhya Temple on the Nilachal Hill in Kamrup District. It is dedicated to the Goddess Tara. The temple has been built on the basement of older temples.

Bhairavi temple and Bhuvaneswari temple are nearby. Kamakhya is 8 km to the south-east of Guwahati. Kamakhya Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
