Siddharthnagar District of
Uttar Pradesh. It is also a major junction where four roads from four different directions such as Itwa, Bhari, Asnahra and Tikri meet. Rapti is situated nearby.
Bhandaria (10 km west), Biskohar (21 km north), Bansi (25 km east) and Ansahra (14 km south) are nearby places.
Regular buses connect Dumariganj with Basti, Itwa, Bhandaria and Rudhauli. Naugarh Railway Station serves this area. The nearest airport is at Lucknow.
