Dhamma Ketu aims to promote the practice of Vipassana, one of India's most ancient meditation techniques. Vipassana is the practical spirit of the teachings of Buddha, who taught Dhamma - the Universal Law of Nature. The center offers regular ten-day meditation courses for its students.
