A scenic village, Dakha is in
Ludhiana District of
Punjab. It is on
Ludhiana-
Ferozepur road, about 19 km south-west from the district headquarters, Ludhiana.
There are many holy places and parks outside Dakha, which include Chhater Singh Park, Nehru Rose Garden, Gurdwara Charan Kanwal, Gurdwara Manji Sahib Alamgir and Gurdwara Nanaksar Sahib.
Dakha is well linked by road with nearby villages and towns, such as Mullanpur, Baddowal and Sawaddy. Regular bus services are available from Ludhiana Central Bus Station. The nearest railway station is at Bhanohad Punjab, nearly two km from here.
