The US Consulates General in Mumbai, a regional extension of the US Embassy in

Mumbai. It has been set up to extend both routine and emergency services to American citizens, residing in the limits of Mumbai consular district, which comprises the states of

Dadra, and Nagar Haveli.
The Consulate’s services include US passport renewals, notarizations, social security issues, immigrant and non-immigrant visa processing, assisting its citizens in case of emergencies apart from providing tourist information and ensuring the overall welfare of Americans in India.
