Chakkamkulangara

Chakkamkulangara is a beautiful hamlet in Ernakulam District, Kerala. It is situated around 1 km north-east of Tripunithura and 8 km from Ernakulam. Chakkamkulangara Shiva Temple, a highly revered shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, is situated here. The annual Shivratri festival celebrated in this temple attracts thousands of devotees. Tripunithura Shri Ram Temple, St Mary's Jacobite Church, Vicar St Mary's Forane Church and Shri Poornathrayeesa Temple are the nearby places of worship.
