Basavanagudi is a suburb of
Bangalore and is situated south of the fort. Ramakrishna Ashram and
Bull Temple are the main attractions here.
From an eminence here, called the 'Bugle Rock,' one can get a good view of the whole of the Bangalore city and part of the Civil and Military Station.
