Banskot

Banskot, a township, is in Bastar District of Chhattisgarh. Located on the state’s border with Orissa, the place lies to the south-east of Kanker and north-east of Kondagaon. Belma, Parasgaon and Bisrampuri are the nearby towns. Chitrakot Waterfalls, Kanger Valley National Park and Indravati National Park constitute interesting excursions outside the town. Nearest airport is at Raipur. Dhamtari Railway Station serves Banskot.
