Andul is in
Howrah District, about 3 km north-east of Sankrail.
Howrah, the district headquarters, lies to its east. The town is also an important industrial area in the district.
West Bank Hospital, located on Andul Road, is around 5 km from Vidyasagar Setu. George Telegraph Training Institute is also located here.
Howrah Bridge, Madangopaljiu Temple at Mellak, Morington Fort, Belur Mutt, Indian Botanic Garden, Bally Bridge and Santragachi Jheel are other places of tourist interest.
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and Andul Railway Station are the nearest access points.
