Gananath Mandir is located at Gananath in the northern part of Almora District in Uttaranchal. It is 47 km from Almora city. Gananath Mandir is a cave temple. The annual fair - held here during Kartik Poornima in the months of October-November - attracts thousands of pilgrims who come to worship Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesh in this shrine.
