Almora. It is located at an altitude of 2,116 meters.
Gananath offers spectacular views of the landscape of the surrounding hills. It is famous for an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Also spotted here are numerous natural caves.
An annual fair is held here during Kartik Purnima.
