Ronahi




Ronahi is a village lying on the Ayodhya-Barabanki road, about 30 km from Faizabad. This village is famous for Jain temples. Both Shwetambar and Digambar temples are found here. Shri Ratnapuri Teerth is the famous Jain temple of Ronahi. The chief deity of this temple is 90 cm in height and draws a large number of devotees. The temple is dedicated to Bhagwan Shri Dharmanath. This village has been included in the 14th century book named 'Vividh Teerth Kalp.' Regular buses are available from Ayodhya. By road, Lucknow is 110 km from here. The nearest railway station is at Sohaval, only 2 km from Ronahi.
