Gonda is a minor town in Aligarh District, halfway between Khair and Iglas. It is around 23 km west of Aligarh and 43 km from Mathura.
To the south of Gonda, about 16 km, is Gorai – an ancient place of archeological significance. Other towns close by are Hasangarh (4 km) and Gonmat (16 km).
Aligarh Junction Railway Station and Agra Civil Enclaves are the nearest railway station and airport.
