Kanchikovil, also spelt Kanjikoil, is a small settlement in
Erode District,
Tamil Nadu. Sprawling over an area of around 20 sq km, Kanchikovil is surrounded by places such as Pallapalayam in the north,
Pethampalayam in the south-west, Nasiyanur in the south-east and Chittode in the north-west.
