Kambam is a charming town in the Kambam Valley, situated near the Kerala – Tamil Nadu border, in Theni District. It is located around 6 km south of Uttamapalaiyam and about 25 km from the district headquarters, Theni.
Vaigai Dam, Suruli Falls, Velli Malai and Kumbakarai Falls are interesting options for the tourists. Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Kodaikanal, Palani and Munnar are also easily accessible from Kambam.
