Sato is situated 8 km to the east of
Myajlar in
Jaisalmer District in
Rajasthan. This town is just a few kilometers away from one of the major roads which links with the district headquarters,
Jaisalmer.
This desert town is about 11 km to the north of Nuriala and 17 km to the west of Tejrawa. The border line of India and Pakistan is also not too far from Sato.
The major railhead is Jaisalmer Railway Station. The nearest access point by air is Jaisalmer Airport.
