Chandpur

About 3 km north of Tangi, Chandpur is in Nayagarh District of Orissa. It is at the south-eastern end of the district, close to Khordha District, and is about 4 km from Kandhanayagarh.

Chilika Wildlife Sanctuary and Chilika Lake are the nearest picnic spots. Jagannath Temple at Ranapur is a highly revered shrine nearby.

Bhusandpur Railway Station and Biju Patnaik Airport serve Chandpur. The place is linked with Ranapur by direct road.
