Tumsar

Tumsar is a taluk headquarters and prominent town in Bhandara District It is about 32 km north of Bhandara.

There are several industrial and commercial establishments in and around the town. Ambagar Fort, Chandpur, Chaprala Wildlife Sanctuary, Bhamragarh Wildlife Sanctuary, Bhandara Falls, Pench National Park and Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary are some of the tourist spots in the district.

Sonegaon Airport is the nearest airport. Tumsar Road Railway Station is on the Gondia - Nagpur rail line.
