Bhandara

Bhandara, the administrative headquarters of Bhandara District, is a charming town situated on the banks of Wainganga in Maharashtra. Bhandara is about 70 km east of Nagpur.

Places of tourist interest include Bhandara falls, Nagzira Sanctuary and Bhamchandra caves.

Nearest airport is at Nagpur. Bhandara Road Railway Station is on the Nagpur-Gondia line. National Highway 6 has its route through Bhandara.
