Chichgarh

Chichgarh is situated in Gondiya District. It is located less than 20 km from the district’s border with Chhattisgarh. Chichgarh is 20 km south of Deori and about 30 km east of Nawegaon.

Chaprala Wildlife Sanctuary, Bhamragarh Wildlife Sanctuary, Bhandara Falls, Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary and Navegaon National Park are interesting sites in the midst of wilderness. Bhoremdeo Temples, Saroda Reservoir and Sahaspur Wildlife Sanctuary are ideal tourist sites in the neighboring state of Chhattisgarh.
