Located on the banks of
Pushpa Sarovar Lake and 18 km away on the road to
Raipur, Bhoremdeo Temples were built in the 11th century AD by Ramchandra, a king of the Naga dynasty. Radha Krishna Temple, Mandwa Mahal, and Madan Manjari Mahal are collectively referred to as the Bhoremdeo Temples. The marvelous stone carvings found in Bhoremdeo temples are reminiscent of
Khajuraho in
Orissa.
