Parwan River




An important interstate river, Parwan originates in the Malwa Plateau and flows in Madhya Pradesh for about 186 km and enters Rajasthan near Kharibor village in Jhalawar District. Ujar, Newaj, Ghar, Chappi and Ghorapachhar are the main tributaries, and total catchment area is 1120 square mile. The Parwan flows in Jhalawar and Kota Districts of Rajasthan and joins the river Kalisindh near Ramgarh village in Kota District.
