Peringome is a small town in Kannur District of Kerala. It is 60 km north-east of Kannur town.

Kokkanisseri and Taliparmba (south}, Payyanur (west) and Nileswaram (north-west) are major towns nearby.

Mangalore Airport is about 88 km north. Nileshwar Railway Station is the closest railhead.
