Gomoh is a small town in Dhanbad District of Jharkhand and is 43 km north-west of Dhanbad.

Ranchi, the state capital, is 110 km south-west. The nearest airport is at Ranchi. Gomoh Junction Railway Station is managed by the East Central Railways.
