Rhidzong, also spelt as Rizong, is a Buddhist heritage center located in
Leh District of
Jammu and Kashmir. It is about 72 km from
Leh.
The main attraction is the Rhidzong Monastery, which dates back to the 17th century AD. It is an ideal place for the trekking enthusiast.
Buses are available up to Khalsi on the Saspol route. From there a walk of about 5 km leads to Rhidzong.
