Positioned at an altitude of about 2,257 m above sea level, Jaura is a small settlement in
Doda District of
Jammu and Kashmir.
Dranga and
Bhaderwah are about 14 km apart from here in the western and southern directions respectively. To the north is Chire and
Bhargi is towards the east.
By road, Jaura is approachable from Kandhot and Thanala.
