Luj

Luj is a small hamlet located three kilometers from Dharwas in Chamba District, Himachal Pradesh. It lies on the Dalhousie-Kishtwar trek toute in the Pangi Valley. Luj is the only village in the valley where ‘chilgoja’ trees are found.

Nearby tourist destinations include Killar, Ishatahari, Bindrabani, Purthi, Chamba, Parmar, Sach Pass and Atholi. Luj is an ideal base for trekking. Base camps are available. The best time to visit the village is from June to September.
